Training takes place at one of our Highfield approved training centres in East Anglia. The centre’s are equipped with modern classroom facilities and provide suitable space for demonstrating realistic scenarios you may encounter when working with young people.

Assessments are carried out through a 45 minute e-assessment with 20-multiple choice questions.
